When a cync device is set up as a group in the app, lights either take forever to respond or not at all. Commands pile up and the light will be hit with updates all at once, sometimes one bulb sometimes multiple in the group.
Ill have to look it into it further and set up wireshark when im free, but it almost seems like theres duplicate packets being sent by the grouped device acting as the hub.
Removing the lights from the group (within the cync mobile app) and setting the group in HA solves the delay
