Dimmer switch button functionality #63

Thanks for making this integration! I recently installed a 4-wire Cync dimmer switch (no motion or light sensors) and have it synced up in HA. However, HA only sees a state change of "off" or "on" when the dimmer buttons are hit. In other words they simply act like on/off buttons which makes the function of all three buttons only on or off.

I was expecting to see a different state change in HA when hitting the dimmer buttons so that I could use that in an automation to control the brightness of some other brand lights.

Does this integration support the dimming buttons on a Cync dimmer switch or might I have something setup wrong?

Also, I found out that HA is no longer able to control my Cync bulb. When controlled through the Cync app the state updates in HA but HA can't send any commands to it.
