M25P64 #135

I'm not sure to understand how the M25P64 device is used.

If I'm not mistaken, this device is a 8 MB serial SPI flash device.
However, the MTD partitions seem to map 4032KB, where I would have expected
8192KB.

Is there some documentation about the flash mapping?
Why 4032KB and not 4096KB?
Is there a way to access/store data within the remaining 4MB space area?

Thanks.

Got it: although the device seems to report itself as a M25P64, the physical
device is a Winbond W25Q32 (4MB).
