curl support #217

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type curl while ssh´d to the device.
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I need curl on SnakeOS. Maybe a curl.bin or something that I can execute like 
this:
./curl <command parameters here>

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NSK-330 Snake0S v1.3.2

Snake os has wget, that doesn't do?

No I need curl command to reboot a modem.

Here's a package with curl. It should work with the latest snake os.

You can install it from System-> Packages in the web interface. To use the 
installed curl run /opt/bin/curl.

I've attached a curl binary if you prefer that.
