Transmission web interface times out / never connects #78

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Transmission Client to seed about 7 torrents from HDD
2. Let it run for about a week
3. Try to open Transmission web interface and it never connects. Always times 
out.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should just work normally.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V1.2.0-20100621

Please provide any additional information below.

I have a USB stick for swap on one USB port. A HDD on the other.
Swap is being used and CPU goes to 100% while the web interface is loading. But 
never finally loads.

can u explain the actual situation? do u mean u can't access it through 
nas:9091? so it doesn't ask you a username n password? or do u mean after u 
login the webpage doesn't stop loading?

After you have logged in, The page that displays all the torrents ect.. That 
never comes up. It just keeps popping up a message saying it has "timed out". I 
notice my swap file on the usb stick, the led on it goes nuts. I presume it`s 
running out of memory somewere...
