下载m3u8直播流时出现ts文件重复下载的问题

您们的工具在下载m3u8直播流时，有时会出现同一个ts文件重复下载多次，导致最终合并生成的文件出现许多重复片段，最终生成的ts格式视频不连续的问题。（如下图所示），打开“二进制合并功能”，“下载完成后不合并”也会出现该问题。（最终生成的视频的总的时间也会延长） 20210129000013541

已经下载过的ts片段序号（本图中为1611487086和1611487087）重复出现。希望您们能解决这个问题。尽量保证最终生成的文件的连续性。工具版本为当前的最新版本。
