Timeshift buffer and live #218

Thank you for your hard work.

In cases when a dash manifest has the timeshift buffer tag it can be downloaded with live-perform-as-vod. It would be interesting if you could download the buffer and when it has finished downloading continue with the live broadcast.

Now, I only download the latest 16 segments and newer, you want download more? I can add an option to custom the latest count.

Requesting to add that option.. Waiting for a new update..

The option seems to be already implemented by nilaoda (Thanks!) but it has not been included in a new executable yet.
