用 N_m3u8DL-CLI_v3.0.2.exe 没这个问题 N_m3u8DL-CLI_v3.0.2.exe 下载m3u8时。第一次失败，第二次才成功下载。 它会在网络请求失败后再尝试请求。 而N_m3u8DL-RE.exe 则不会。

可能是第一个分片连接时不会重试
