Feature Request: Add support for Netscape Cookie file #350

I apologize that I don't know Japanese.

Other streamdownloaders like audiobook-dl can handle authorizations for some sites using just a cookies.txt file in Netscape format. I would hope that one day N_m3u8DL-RE will have this feature too.

It support custom header --H 'Cookie: your cookie here' .

Btw it's Chinese not Japanese.

You can switch language using --ui-language en-US
