Fix issues reported in haskell-mode #15

I've created a small test suite here:

https://github.com/haskell/haskell-mode/tree/wip/hi2

There just two things missing: underscore handling and open { handling.

When that is fixed we can merge hi2 into haskell-mode (in place of haskell-indentation)!

So I managed to solve underscore issue myself!
