Document the types of inference models in the user guide #3228

I'm thinking that we should add a bit of narrative doc to explain the zoology of inference models (cluster size, cluster mess, one-and two-sided, parametric and non-parametric etc.)

Just a couple of thoughts on good references for the documentation:

Woo, Krishnan, & Wager (2014): Overview of cluster-extent thresholding and how it impacts inference and reporting guidelines.
Smith & Nichols (2009): Describes threshold-free cluster enhancement.
Eklund, Nichols, & Knutsson (2016): The cluster failure paper. Discusses parametric and nonparametric approaches.
