Prevent duplication & insertion of reports from damaging website layout #429

Currently the variable presence reports causes the reports to be incorrectly inserted and duplicated in a way that breaks the page's layout. This prevents the insertion and instead relies on the Sphinx Gallery Custom HTML Scraper to insert it properly
