Docker: Dataloader behaviour on new installation #8

Docker new installation only: Dataloader does not seem to work as expected returning an error results.flat is not a function so far cannot reproduce. results should always be an array. investigating

for now Dataloader must be disabled on new installation

Docker image node version is old .. added notes to restrict node version to 11.15.x using --engine-strict created a feature request to add the flag to normal node installation. nothing else to do here
