View dead jobs for Redis & Rmq #168

Show dead jobs(decreasing order of died-at).

Story is divided into 5 smaller stories: For redis

Add dead-jobs api to
- delete multiple
- get jobs in chunk (10 per page)
- replay multiple
show list of dead jobs
filter dead jobs
delete/replay dead jobs
view detailed dead job + delete/replay

For rmq

Add dead jobs view
replay n dead jobs, pop a dead job and purge the queue
