leaves approval not reflected on staff's application #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. apply for a leave
2. approve by an HOD
3. login back to user, in "my applications" , status still remain applied

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should be approved by HOD instead of applied

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

latest source code

workflow :
application submission -> HOD approval - Global approval

how to approve by global when HOD have approved

Please read the wiki. There are a number of possibilities, however the main one 
is that you probably don't have a status for approved.
