Can't create user

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when create user, i've filled in all the fields

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An error has occured. Report being generated now...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
genus1.1-beta2, i'm using win xp. MySQL client version: 5.0.67

The bug has been fixed and will be released in genus 1.1 beta 3 on the 6th of 
June 2009.
This will be a major revamp of the code which should improve many features of 
this
system and those in the wishlist.
