Setup GH Workflow to allow users to suggest #38

The issue structure is as follows -

  1. The title of the issue is like - Suggestion: https://gmail.com
  2. The first line is the URL of the service
  3. The second line is the name
  4. Anything after that is considered as the description.

We might have to follow up with a few fixes when we actually get around to testing as I had to update paths etc.
