Making the Contact and Sign Up pages mobile responsive #477

🐛 Bug Report

The contact and sign in pages are not responsive with respect to a mobile view. The Contact page has unpleasantly sized input fields. The Sign Up page has content being hidden due to restrictive size of the parent element.
