Brandon pom javadoc #3

I'm adding a profile to upload javadoc. I found it was faster to put the maven configs together than to manually set stuff up. I wanted to add links to the javadocs and figured I do the umlgraph too to add some flavor. Thoughts?

Sorry this has the previous branch in it too.
