Update process doesn't clean up cache before reload #8

Describe the bug When upgrading from v0.3.0 to v0.4.0 the system shows a parsing error after the core scan due to the browser not reloading elm.min.js.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Clean cache
  2. Install v0.3.0
  3. Core scan
  4. Upgrade to v0.4.0
  5. Core scan
  6. boom

Expected behavior A clean upgrade process
