IE9 supports border-radius. And IE9.js? #255

It's official: IE9 will support border-radius CSS property without any other 
file (such as border-radius.htc) and also the preview supports it.

Why doesn't IE9.js support it?

On this page I read "A JavaScript library to make MSIE behave like a 
standards-compliant browser". It's not true!

I think you didn't read the whole presentation: this library makes IE8- accespt 
CSS selectors, and to correct some.. let's say "odd" behaviors. For 
presentational effects, I would recommend css3pie.com (border-radius works 
EXACTLY as expected).
