Hi,
Just to complement my list:
IMHO it would be much better if you submitted each issue as separate bug/enhancemnt/support request, as it is impossible to track them otherwise (and as such is unlikely to be resolved...)
If they are not bugs, they can be explained and closed, while leaving other issues active until resolved...
Also, it is good practice to say which version of TTRSS-Reader you're using.
Anyway, an answer for few:
you can long press on article to mark it unread again. (If you already exited the feed, you must first click "..."/ "Display all" to see read articles.)
for "mark above as read" you can click on menu ("...") and select "invert order" so it will do what you want.
Hi,
First of all, thanks for the software. I've tried multiple "offline" RSS readers (gReader, Pocket, etc) and I was never satisfied... TTRSS-Reader seems a lot simpler & better and seems a lot more configurable.
However, I have a few comments (sorry, for the moment, as I'm not sure they are proper issues per se, I'll put them all here):
-[This seems to have changed recently?] When I'm in the "list of articles" view, if I tag an article as "read", the behaviour is not the same as when I actually open the artilce, read it, then come back to the list view. In the first case, the article is greyedout, in the second case it is removed from the list (or the converse? I'm not sure). Why so?
When I "read" an article by mistake (be it by tagging the article as "read" or by actually reading it) and it disappears, how can I undo my action (i.e. make it appear again in the "toread" list) ?
In the "list of articles" view, why is the (useful) icon of the feed shown in very small next to the date, when the (useless) RSS icon is shown in big? Why not use only the feed's icon?
In the popup menu of the "list of articles" view there is a "mark articles above read". Why not a "mark articles below read". Indeed, as the articles below are the oldest, they are the ones I would like to mark as read even if I have not, so that they can be removed from cache if necessary. The converse is wrong: the above articles are more recent articles, I want them to stay in my "todo/toread" list!
Thanks
GM
