Hard to explain but article "scroll up" and reveal article list behind it

I also see this, currently on 1.96.6. I have seen it for a while, and believe it started after upgrading to LineageOS 17.1 from 14.1.

I see this as well but I have not the slightest idea what might be causing this. I'm also not sure how to address this, last time I tried to check for other affected apps/solutions on google I ended up with nothing. :/
