Media added to library is not preserved after device restart #18

After saving speech, it appears in the library and on the SD card. After 
restarting, however, it disappears from the library but remains on the SD card.

Version: 1.4.0
Phone model: HTC Wildfire
OS version: 2.2.1

Possibly caused by HTC's MediaScanner implementation overwriting the album 
information, since WAV files don't have embedded ID3 tags.

Media scanner is re-indexing the files and removing the artist information. 
Resolved by moving all output to a Type and Speak specific directory and 
including everything in the media store from that directory.
