Debootstrap user improvements #21

Added some improvements for the debootstrap user. Now is possible to use other names for user and groups. The same for uid and gid. Also possible to use a password. Should admit that the solution not so elegant however it works.

Thank you, I'll just merge it and port it to my for-v4 branch that I'm still working on (which has gotten a bit out of hand to be honest).

btw. feel free to add yourself to the AUTHORS.md file as well.
