Folder structure eurec4a experiments #14

This pull request mainly closes #8. It makes sure that a seperat folder exists which includes the experiments and scripts for the 1D rainshaft experiments using the EUREC4A datasets as input. Also a script to create a regular matrix array from the awkward ragged array is implemented. But still issue #13 exists and needs to be solved
