SD spawn in sub cloud layer in the stationary setup. #36

The lagrangian view on the output from the stationary setup shows, that the SDs also spawn in the sub cloud layer (the two gridboxes below the cloud layer).

This is most likely due to a wrong setup of the z boundary for the spawning.
