Move ``SupersAttribute`` and `SupersDataNew` to new submodule #39

Both SupersAttribute and SupersDataNew can be generalize with little effort. The same goes for the akward related functions in the sdtracing.py module.

The could all be stored in their own submodule awkward_handling.
