Bug in ``ak_differentiate`` #47

The function ak_differentiate does never account for hte loss of e.g. mass, if the SD is erased from the gridbox. ./scripts/CLEO/output_processing/create_eulerian_views.py

this needs to be tackled! It could be done, by adding a 0- at the end. with this, the last value of the loss, would be the last values of the mass, which the SD had.
