A general folder structure needs to be implemented:

eurec4a to store scripts and more specific for eurec4a experiments
data to store the output from CLEO and be able to work on it.
- raw as the raw output from CLEO. This should also contain a setup folder which includes all the files and setups used for this.
- processed mostly pure netcdf files which can be used for further analysis.

This will also allow much easier rebasing of this repos main branch onto the original main from at https://github.com/yoctoyotta1024/CLEO. So all changes made in this repository should be done in the eurec4a folder
