setting "Delete empty entities" does not work? #352

After correcting annotations, I end up with a large number of empty entities. Shouldn't these be deleted automatically when "Delete empty entities" is enabled?

Yes, they should ...

I think this was disabled because it makes undoing mention deletion complicated.
