Empty passwords #3979

Since the update to the latest version, I have empty passwords for one user (for others it works fine). I see this:

image (When I click on the show button, I see nothing)

It seems like OTP has been enabled for all his passwords (I think)? How to fix this?

@stijnb1234 I don't beleive that this is related to OTP as this feature comes as an addon. If empty only for one user, then I would think about an issue in shared item keys. So one action is to regenerate them image

Even after generating new keys, both the account passwords and shared passwords are still empty with the green icon.

@nilsteampassnet By restoring a backup, I got the shared passwords back. Any way to restore the passwords in the private folder? The previous version I was on, did not have the 'download recovery keys' button. It's pretty weird it works fine for the shared ones, but not for the private ones?

maybe related to #3971 we have the same problem with some users and same passwords - but never the same passwords i think

I'm having the same problem: The password is not displayed to other users.

I'm implementing TeamPass here at the company, and for me, the one creating the passwords, everything appears normally, but for the users I'm adding (with the same Role) it doesn't appear.

I tried to generate new keys but it doesn't seem to proceed, I don't leave this screen: image

I'm advertising the items to new users, it seems to be working. I see in the database that only I and one other user, who were already logged into the system when the Passwords were created, have shared items, files and fields. Is there a way to "mass advertise"?

The passwords that I add after new users join, these new users can see normally, only the passwords that have already been added they cannot see.

Hello @nilsteampassnet , I hope you are well. Can you help me with the question above? As I still have few users, I did this propagation manually, but the intention is to get more users to use this tool.
