In an effort to be as succinct as possible, I've created two users and one administrator. The users have identical roles and identical access and editing permissions.

User 1 saved a specific password, which User 2 can see listed. However, when User 2 attempts to copy the password, a message appears stating 'item without password', even though the DevTools in the browser shows a 200 status code when clicking to copy the password, but nothing is copied to the clipboard. Copying the login, on the other hand, works fine.

When User 1 goes back to edit and tries to re-enter the password, they are unable to save it and receive an error message stating (You do not have permission to do this!).
