Translation is not fully applied #4153

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Teampass, login to admin account.
  2. Change language in profile (tested on French, Polish, and some others).
  3. Reload page in browser.

Expected behaviour

Translation is fully applied.

Actual behaviour

Translation applied only to some parts of sidebar, other parts still shown in English language: half_translation

Server configuration

Operating system: RHEL 8.3

Web server: Doesn't matter (tried on nginx 1.25.4 and apache httpd 2.4.58)

Database: mariadb 10.11.6

PHP version: 8.1.24

Teampass version: 3.1.2.29

Teampass configuration file: tp.config.php.txt

Updated from an older Teampass or fresh install: fresh install.

Client configuration

Browser: doesn't matter.

Operating system: Windows 10

Log from the web-browser developer console (CTRL + SHIFT + i)

There are many errors like

Unknown pseudo-class or pseudo-element ‘-ms-input-placeholder’.  Ruleset ignored due to bad selector.
Expected declaration but found ‘;’.  Skipped to next declaration.
