### Steps to reproduce
1. Use a firewall to block internet access
2. Open the “information” administration page
3. Enjoy the 60 seconds fsockopen timeout ([Doc PHP](https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.fsockopen.php#:~:text=The%20connection%20timeout%2C%20in%20seconds.%20When%20null%2C%20the%20default_socket_timeout%20php.ini%20setting%20is%20used.))
### Expected behaviour
Do not block page loading 60 seconds.
### Actual behaviour
60 seconds wait.
