Didn't create personal folders #4290

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable "Personal folders with private password storage" setting
  2. Create user with " Enable Personal Folder feature for this user" checked
  3. Login as new user

Expected behaviour

Find a personal folder under "Folders" section

Actual behaviour

I cant' find any personal folder

I have the same error after the update, every time I click on the items to open and see the passwords, a log is issued,

I'm checking cron, it could be errors from the script executed by cron, or some relationship column within the database, In this same case, find a column missing in another table.
