restructure-for-st3 should be merged back to master #130

many reasons: anyone doing a PR will likely target master, then later realize it's out of date github probably uses master of this repo to update its syntax highlighting (as done in linguist) IIRC

@Varriount ping; this causes issues: for eg I had sent out https://github.com/Varriount/NimLime/pull/126 to wrong branch

ping: is there any reason you want to keep master branch? anything wrong with rebasing against restructure-for-st3?
