Provide ARM-based macOS builds #84

It would be great if there would be nightlies for ARM-based Macs. According to https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-github-hosted-runners/about-github-hosted-runners/about-github-hosted-runners#supported-runners-and-hardware-resources, M1 macs are now available in the free tier.

My understanding is that @ringabout was working on this in https://github.com/nim-lang/nightlies/pull/82. I agree it'd be great to have.
