Make the forum nim 2.0 ready #339

The forum can currently not be compiled with the devel branch, which will soon-ish enough turn into nim 2.0.

It should be kept in mind to keep the forum project up to date accordingly for this and update the dependencies.

I'll see what I can do about that and document my progress in this ticket, should I stumble into any major roadblocks.

No further major roadblocks, I opened a PR for this, #340. The CI/CD pipelines appear to be failing though, but I don't think it's related to the PR code. It complains about some directory not being there, which I'm not sure how that would be fixed as that's within the Repository itself.

PR was merged and thusly the issue resolved. Now all the remains is for nim 2.0 to actually come out and then the forum can be smoothly moved over to that version.
