Broken sources for donations #391

I randomly stumbled upon the following 2 problems:

PayPal link to donate to Nim is broken:
- Pressing the link lands you here
- In case you get a different result, this is what i got
- Salt BountySource isn't just broken, but appears to no longer exist
- Clicking the link should be page not found
- Image of page not found
- After some research into this i found the following: Basically Salty BountySource got acquired by some shady Bitchain company that then went bankrupt
- There are numerous search results on this, but the gist is that it's gone

My proposal: If possible fix what the problem is with the PayPal's ineligibility or remove it. Remove Salty BountySource as a way to donate
