Program stops working #90

Every now and then, usually when there is a dormant section of at least over 1 hour of non-use. The program doesn't work when I come back. I press a button and the key that it's mapped to doesn't work.

My solution is to close the program first, then unplug and repug the launch pad. If I unplug first, the program is unable to close, and even through task manager, this doesn't work, trying to close the program after unplugging first.

I would like to add that I've been using the program since the end of November 2020, and have been recommending the program to others to use as well, thank you!!

the only logical explanation that I can give is that your launchpad disconnects when you move it around on your desk, this can happen with the smallest vibration as the MK2 has a terrible USB port built-in. If you have the MK2 I suggest taping the cable in place so it cannot move and break the connection.

I have a Launch Pad Mini, I believe it's first gen. I don't move the device a lot if at all. I also don't hear the window's disconnecting sound. Let me know of anything else that I can possibly do. :)
