Navbar cleaned - Removed boilerplate files #34

All empty boilerplate files have been removed.

NOTE: slug: / added t account.md to prevent navbar from breaking.

@JamieDawson I can merge this but a question: rather than remove the place holder files, many of which I expect we will fill out, does it make sense to keep them but make sure they don't appear in the nav bar? That is if the files aren't removed do they currently appear anywhere on the doc site?
