Upgrade to deployer 3.1.4, fixing several bugs. #213

  1. Correct error message when --remote-build combined with missing symbols in project.yml.
  2. Propagate a global environment correctly on remote build.
  3. Show error rather than ignore when parameters/environment adhere to the default package (this package is not real and the result will not be as expected).
