Test and tag commits pushed to master. #12

This is done through a new method in the nifty script: test_and_tag. A travis tested master branch push will be tagged with travis-tested. Our sites repository will always pull from this latest and tested master branch.

We've decided against using a travis-tested tag for public repos. There are a couple of reasons for this undo. We currently don't have a way to push tags to github through a public repo through travis and we also want to preserve semantic versioning for public facing apps.
