The file tests/testthat/filteringTestLog_Correct.Rout, which was a "gold file" for testing of particle filter methods, is a relic from before particle filter methods were moved to package nimbleSMC. I believe this file is no longer used in nimble testing and can be removed. That is the only change in this PR.
