Email Notifications #13

Popular pools have email notifications for things like finding blocks, idle workers, and automatic/manual payouts.

Maybe we could use something like Amazon SNS to offload the headache of managing bulk mailing. If it is too costly, we could make it a donor-only feature. :)

Mandrill + a decent notification lib would make this cake to set up. http://mandrill.com/pricing/ - free up to 12k processed, pretty cheap after that (1M mails = 200 bucks)

And mandrill gives you transactional hooks. i.e. REPLY TO THIS EMAIL TO SEE YOUR STATUS

Thanks for the tips guys! Currently using postmark as a trial, but might switch to mandrill since it's cheaper and their APIs look similar.
