[#151] Refactor the existing modules

What happened 👀

• Add security groups manually from each module
• Change to use ts-dedent as it supports string literal better

Insight 📝

Instead of adding all security groups in one file, we just need to add the needed security group based on the installed modules. This can prepare for applying custom modules later.
