What happened

Sometimes we want to deploy a branch to staging to test the changes on the server, so we need to add another trigger to run the workflow manually

Add workflow_dispatch trigger for deploy workflow
You can check more details of the workflow_dispatch event on this blog or docs
Currently, if the $BRANCH_TAG is master, it will be deployed to production server, otherwise, it will go on staging server

As it needs to be merged to the default branch, I added it on another repository: Actions_·_hoangmirs_test-repo
