Post to Multiple Blogs #166

I would love to be able to post content to multiple blogs only if that post is 
applicable to both blogs.   So at the end of the post it would ask if you want 
to submit to another blog before confirming the post.

Duplicate of issue #33.

Because ScribeFire leaves the blog post in place after you publish it, you can 
simply select another blog from the list and click Publish again.
