call me a dingbat #181

I would like to have dingbat functionality in unordered lists.

e.g.
<ul dingbat="&#10000">
<li>some unordered list item I wrote that sports a pencil dingbat</li>
</ul>

That one is the pencil dingbat.

Going to decline this for now, as you an already edit the HTML of the post 
manually in HTML mode to modify the dingbats.
